• Accurate information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration — including full legal name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and valid mobile number.
• Identity verification (KYC): lua777 may request additional documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) to verify a user's identity before releasing withdrawals or activating certain platform features.
• Legal capacity: The user must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute not resolved by our support team must be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, SP.
